By booking an audit or engaging Fortis Motion for services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before proceeding.
Fortis Motion offers three core services:
Any free pre-engagement material we share with a prospect (such as a single sample finding) is not a service. It is a no-obligation marketing deliverable.
The Scan is a paid deliverable: a written PDF audit drawn from a 300+ check detection playbook across 5 umbrellas. Every issue found is named, ranked by revenue impact, and shown with an annotated screenshot of the problem on your store. If you upgrade to a Seal within 14 days of delivery, the full $1,500 credits against the Seal fee (code SCAN100).
No-find guarantee. If the delivered report documents less than $5,000 in total recoverable amount across all findings, we refund the full $1,500 Scan fee. The threshold is measured against the sum of the recoverable amounts stated in the report itself. To claim it, reply to the delivery email within 14 days of receiving the report. The only condition is that access was granted as described in §3.
EU right of withdrawal (consumers). If you purchase as a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By purchasing a Scan you expressly request that we begin work immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service is fully performed, that is, once the report is delivered. If you withdraw before delivery, email contact@fortismotion.com: we refund the full amount, minus a proportional share only if substantial audit work has already been performed at your request. This sits alongside the no-find guarantee above, which applies regardless of consumer status.
To conduct any engagement, we require read-only staff access to your analytics, ad accounts, and email platform. You agree to provide this access within 48 hours of signing. A mutual NDA is signed before access is granted.
All information you share with us is treated as confidential. We will not disclose, share, or use your data outside the scope of your engagement.
Scan deliverables (PDF with annotated screenshots) are delivered within 48-72 hours of receiving access. Seal deliverables ship within 7 business days of receiving access. Scale reporting is delivered weekly (written, no call) and monthly (full PDF).
We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes outside the Scan no-find guarantee (§2) and the Seal 90-day guarantee (see §5). Revenue impact estimates are based on industry benchmarks and your store's data. Actual results depend on implementation and market conditions.
If no measurable improvement is observed 90 days after access is received, $2,000 of the $2,500 Seal fee is refunded, subject to all four of the following cumulative conditions:
A proactive status report is sent at day 90 regardless. If one condition is not met, no refund is issued, but 14 days of free support are offered to restore the situation.
Scale engagements run on 4-week cycles (billed every 4 weeks, which is 13 cycles per year rather than 12 calendar months). 60-day minimum commitment ($5,000 flat floor plus commissions). Cycle 1 includes a full Scan plus every implementable in-scope fix. Rate follows public pricing at time of signing.
Termination: 14 days' notice client / 30 days' notice Fortis Motion (after the 60-day minimum), enforceable pro-rata in cash. Commission (10% of Meta-attributed sales) is always due on sales generated during the engagement. Attribution source is Meta Ads Manager exclusively; no secondary attribution models will be considered.
To preserve quality of delivery, Fortis Motion takes on no more than 3 new Scale clients per month to guarantee the standard of service every client receives.
Fortis Motion does not accept Scale clients where break-even ROAS exceeds 3x. This indicates a structural issue that advertising alone cannot solve.
The audit report and all deliverables produced by Fortis Motion for your engagement are your property upon full payment. You may share them internally or with contractors. You may not resell or redistribute them as a standalone product.
The fortismotion.com website, its design, copy, and code remain the property of Fortis Motion.
Fortis Motion's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our recommendations.
We provide diagnoses and recommendations. Implementation decisions are yours. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from actions you choose to take or not take based on our report.
Revenue amounts cited on our website represent findings from past audits and are not a guarantee of what we will find in yours. Every store is different. Outside the Scan no-find guarantee (§2) and the Seal 90-day guarantee (§5), we guarantee a thorough, honest diagnosis, not a specific dollar outcome.
These terms are governed by French law (Fortis Motion is a French micro-entreprise, SIRET 924 275 985 00027). If you purchase as a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, it will be brought before the competent French courts, or before the courts of your place of residence where consumer law so provides.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
