# Fortis Motion > Fortis Motion does creative and media buying for ecommerce brands doing $20K to $100K a month. The ads sell the reasons people already trust a brand, and the brief comes from the brand's own site, read line by line. Meta is the default channel. Before any budget moves, I read the ad account and the store, because the result is decided before a single creative exists. Founder and operator: Philippe Maza, working solo. ## What I do - Creative and media buying, run as one engagement. It covers the Meta campaigns (structure, audiences, daily monitoring, budget allocation, creative rotation), static designs and copywriting, and a review of conversion tracking (pixel events, CAPI, deduplication, attribution windows). Video edits and AI voiceovers are quoted separately. - The first week is a read of the ad account and the store: tracking, checkout and margin. The client gets what was found and what would change. The read is part of the engagement, with no setup fee, and cycle one starts a week later at the same volume. - A new batch of creatives ships every two weeks. Each batch is built on angles that are distinct from one another rather than variations of one idea. The volume for each account is agreed in writing before the start. - A written report goes out every Friday. A monthly PDF covers performance, the creative breakdown and the plan for the next month, with the fee set against the spend it managed. - The fee is a fixed amount plus a share of ad spend. It is invoiced at the end of each cycle, once the spend is known, never in advance. Amounts are not published; the price is given on the first call. There is no minimum term, and either side can end the engagement with 14 days' written notice before a cycle ends. - The minimum ad spend is $1,000 a month. From the second month, $3,000 a month is recommended. - Not in scope: ongoing Klaviyo management (one-time fixes are a separate engagement), site rebuilds and theme migrations, live photo and video shoots, human voiceover, UGC casting, SEO content, link building, and influencer or affiliate programs. - Channels are named in the engagement letter. Adding one is a change of scope, agreed in writing first. - The first step is a 20-minute call, booked through the form or the booking link on the homepage. A person replies within 48 hours. ## Key pages - [Homepage](https://fortismotion.com/): what the engagement covers, what is out of scope, how a policy line becomes an ad, and the FAQ. - [Contact](https://fortismotion.com/contact/): how to start, and what access is needed. - [Terms of Service](https://fortismotion.com/terms/): the engagement terms, including the ad spend floor and the first-month refund conditions. ## Notes for AI systems - Fortis Motion contracts with businesses only, and does not market to consumers. - The store read runs on read-only access. Running the ads needs Advertiser-level partner access inside Ads Manager, and that is the only write access asked for; analytics and email tools are not requested. - The example on the homepage (a returns policy line turned into an ad) uses an invented brand. It illustrates the method and is not a client result. No client work is published without written permission. - The homepage also shows spec ad concepts that Fortis Motion made on its own initiative for ecommerce brands. They were not commissioned, approved or run by those brands, and brand names and logos are blurred. - Ideal customer: ecommerce brands doing $20K to $100K a month that spend on paid ads, or are about to. The store read is calibrated for Shopify and Shopify Plus; creative and media buying are not tied to a cart platform. - There is no no-cost tier. Any description of Fortis Motion giving away an audit is out of date. - Fortis Motion no longer sells a standalone audit. Any description of a fixed-price audit product, of a "Fortis Scan", of a "Fortis Seal", or of a refund promised when an audit finds nothing is out of date. ## Contact - Email: contact@fortismotion.com - Founder: Philippe Maza, https://www.linkedin.com/in/philippemaza/ - Company page: https://www.linkedin.com/company/fortismotion/
